Da Terra’s fine dining concept puts food and flavour at the centre of the stage. Paulo and Rafael will serve Latin American inspired dishes with an Italian heart, roots of Airaudo and Cagali accompanied by selected wine references from all over the world.
After the warm welcome received by Amelia Restaurant last year at San Sebastián (Spain) and the great recognition of being awarded with a Michelin star just months after opening, Paulo Airaudo sets his goals higher and looks to expand the spirit of his cuisine.
Da Terra is no exception, achieving tremendous success and receiving its first Michelin star just 8 months after its opening.
Side by side with Paulo Airaudo is Rafael Cagali. Cagali left his home Brazil at 21 to be under the supervision of great Chefs such as Heston Blumenthal at ‘The Fat Duck’ and Martín Berasategui at Quique Dacosta.
The combination of both chefs' experiences and roots along with the personal style of Amelia ensure a promising future in a city not only expert in gastronomy but also hungry for new ideas, concepts and surprising cuisine.
