Portuguese Surf n Turf Feast

For the July edition of Taste Tuesdays, you will be transported to the sun-drenched shores of Iberia at a decadent Portuguese feast hosted by Londrino restaurant. For one night only, Head Chef Leandro Carreira will be serving up a 4-course feasting menu dedicated to his 2 favourite things: shellfish and crispy pig, complete with cocktails, whole brown crab and a roast suckling pig. And lashings of local wine and traditional Portuguese conviviality, of course!

Portuguese Surf ‘n’ Turf Feast:
Aperitif cocktails
Bolo do caco anchovies and red peppers
Sardines with homemade cornbread
Crispy pig’s ears, apples and fennel sauce


Whole brown crab with crab foie, brioche
Portuguese roast suckling pig with chips, salad and offal rice

Prego on brioche bun with homemade cultured butter and Portuguese mustard
