Da Terra - Awarded two Michelin stars, Da Terra is the acclaimed restaurant from Chef Rafael Cagali. Blending Brazilian and Italian influences, its seasonal tasting menus showcase bold flavours, refined techniques and carefully selected wine pairings, creating one of London's most celebrated fine dining experiences.

Restaurant Elis - Created by Chef Rafael Cagali, Elis offers a more relaxed dining experience inspired by his Brazilian-Italian heritage. Open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, the menu features seasonal sharing plates, rustic dishes and thoughtfully chosen wines.

Assembly Lounge - Once the meeting place of the former Town Hall, the beautifully restored Assembly Lounge is now a welcoming space to relax throughout the day. Enjoy light bites, coffee, cocktails or a glass of wine before heading out to explore East London or returning after a day in the city.

Breakfast - Start your day in the elegant surroundings of Elis, where breakfast is served daily for hotel guests. The menu offers a carefully curated selection of English, American and European favourites, from freshly prepared classics to lighter options, all designed to set you up for the day ahead.
