TOWN HALL HYGIENE COMMITMENT TO OUR STAFF & GUESTS

The health and safety of our guests and team are always of paramount importance to us. In association with our external experts and following government guidelines, we have enhanced our existing hygiene and well-being policies to ensure our guests and team are safe. These include:


GUEST EXPERIENCE


— Express check out and contactless payment

— Thermometers and sanitising stations available for guests



TEAM PROCEDURES


— Our team will complete a health screening questionnaire and confirm they are in good health prior to returning to work

— No team member will work if they or anyone in their household is unwell

— Hands on training for all team and a formal audit program for all of our new and enhanced hygiene procedures

— Extra diligence with hand hygiene for all team members including regular hand washing for 20 seconds with hot water and soap, and the addition of hand sanitiser

WATER


At Town Hall Hotel, every drop counts. We recognise that water is our most valuable resource and we work hard to reduce the volume we use. Help us by hanging the YES card on your door when you wish to have your suite serviced.

WASTE


When it comes to waste, we work to recycle, re-purpose, and reuse all that we can. 

ENERGY


At Town Hall Hotel we have implemented a wide range of energy saving initiatives to keep our footprint small and our hotel as sustainable as possible.

LIGHT


It is impossible to improve on the quality and efficiency of natural light. Whenever possible, guest rooms and public spaces are designed with windows, retractable walls and open doors.
