Housekeeping Attendant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Unlisted Collection. We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Room Attendants to join the Housekeeping team at the Town Hall Hotel & Apartments in London's vibrant East End.

The Room Attendant duties involve ensuring rooms are serviced to the required standards, assisting in the servicing of public areas and to assist with any guest requests or queries. Polite and professional attitude, attention to detail, a focus on customer care and an excellent work ethic are all essential. Experience of working for a hotel or apartment hotel will be an advantage.


As a Housekeeping Attendant your key responsibilities will include:
• Cleaning apartments and bedrooms, preparing beds according to company standards
• Reporting any maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Reporting and logging lost property
• Assisting with laundry as required
• Manage guest requests in an efficient manner

Head Waiter/Waitress

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Town Hall Hotel & Apartments; we are currently recruiting for enthusiastic Waiters / Waitresses to join the Food & Beverage teams at the Corner Room Restaurant and Conference and Banqueting teams. 

In London's vibrant East End, located on the first floor of the Town Hall Hotel, the 30-cover, light-filled Corner Room is a place where neighbourhood folk can hang out any time of the day, and at reasonable cost. Recently awarded Top 100 Wedding Venues in the World by Brides Magazine; Town Hall Hotel provides a variety of conferences, weddings & social events throughout the year.

The successful Head Waiter / Waitress candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Great organization and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to details
  • Previous experience in a similar role is necessary and experience working in boutique hotels would be advantageous
